DIY:QUICK LEG WORKOUT





Having gorgeous tone legs is a goal for so many people but to achieve it is not always easy. It is a huge misconception that one needs to live at the gym to achieve awesome results. Many times I have been in situations when I do not have alot of time to train. This quick and simple workout routine will help get your legs up to your liking without having to go to the gym.




1 minute of Jumping Jacks 
1 minute wall sit
10 Burpees
50 Moutain climbers
50 Calf Raises
60 Walking Lunges 
40 High Knees
50 Squats
10 Jumping Squats
20 Side Lunges 

Repeat twice for best results.

PROPER WAY TO DO YOUR SQUATS!
